This privacy policy governs your use of the software application "Cashteball" (the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Globalburg Infotech Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). The Application is a free-to-play brick-breaker style game.

Your privacy is important to us. This policy is intended to provide transparency and explain how we treat data in our Application, especially as our audience may include children under the age of 13.

We have designed Cashteball to collect the absolute minimum amount of information necessary to provide a functional and enjoyable game experience.

A. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This includes, but is not limited to:

• Your precise geographic location.
• Access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or photos.
• Any information from your device's storage, other than the game's own save file.

The Application does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to play.

B. Information Collected Automatically (Non-Personal Information)

The Application automatically collects a limited amount of non-personal information for the purposes of operating the game and displaying advertisements:

• Game Progress Data: We store your high scores, level progression, and settings. This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.
• Advertising Identifiers: Our third-party advertising partner, Google AdMob, collects non-personal, anonymous identifiers to serve ads. This may include your device's Advertising ID (IDFA for iOS, GAID for Android), IP address, device make and model, and operating system version. This data is used for ad delivery, frequency capping, and measuring ad performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

The non-personal information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• To operate and maintain the Application's features.
• To support the internal operations of the Application, such as debugging and improving gameplay.
• To serve contextual advertisements through our advertising partner, Google AdMob. The revenue from these ads allows us to offer the game for free.

3. Third-Party Services: Advertising (Google AdMob)

Cashteball uses Google AdMob as its sole advertising provider. AdMob displays advertisements within the game. AdMob may collect and use non-personal data as described in their own privacy policy to provide these services.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We recognize that our game may be played by children under the age of 13.

• We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under 13.
• The game's core features do not require the collection of personal data.
• We have configured our advertising settings with Google AdMob to ensure that the ads shown are appropriate for a general audience and comply with child-directed policies. This means that AdMob is instructed to serve non-personalized (contextual) ads to all users and to disable interest-based ad tracking.

We take reasonable measures to help protect the limited, non-personal information we process. However, please be aware that no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or from the Application.
